Our gel is very versatile. It can be added to your smoothies, soups, stews, baked goods, as an egg replacement and teas. Feel free to get creative! However you take your moss, you'll be sure to reap the benefits. Sea moss gel may also be used topically. It is known to help with eczema, rashes, burns, and various other skin conditions.

Sea moss gel is good for 4 weeks when refrigerated, however freezing it will extend the life of it for up to 1 year. A convenient way to freeze would be to use an ice tray and just pop out a cube for each use.

Recommended dosage: 1-2 tablespoons daily for adults. 1/4-1/2 a tablespoon a day for children.
